The toolbar at the bottom of the view includes some functions to improve your viewing experience.
Choose full screen mode (see icon in tool bar at bottom) to get the full effect.
On a laptop, buttons on the left allow you to zoom in and out (or use the scroll bar on your mouse); use two fingers to expand if on a phone.
On a mobile, you should be able to enhance the zoom by switching to single page mode.
